Service Terms
1. Payment & Refunds
- Project work will begin after 25% advance payment; an additional 25% payment is required upon 50% project completion, and the remaining 50% must be paid before final project handover.
- The client must pay the advance amount before the project work begins.
- Once the project is started, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
- If the client stops, pauses, or cancels the project midway, the paid amount will be non-refundable.
- Source code, design files, and project ownership will be transferred only after full payment is received.
- Until full payment is made, all rights remain with the IT company.
2. Scope, Revisions & Support
- Any additional features, changes, or revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.
- Limited revisions, as discussed, are included in the project.
- Extra revisions or major design or logic changes will incur additional costs.
- Free support, if provided, is limited to bug fixes only and does not include new features or enhancements.
- Any third-party tools, APIs, hosting, domains, or licenses are the client’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
3. Client Responsibilities & Timelines
- The client must provide all required content, data, credentials, and approvals on time.
- Delays from the client side may affect delivery timelines, and the company will not be held responsible.
- Project timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.
- Delays caused due to third-party services, delayed client feedback, or force majeure are not the company’s responsibility.
4. Confidentiality & Termination
- Both parties agree to keep all project details, data, and business information confidential.
- The company reserves the right to terminate the project if the client fails to cooperate, delays payments, or violates these terms.
Education & Internship Policies
1. Enrollment & Fees
- Enrollment or joining confirms full acceptance of all terms and policies.
- All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
2. Program Structure & Access
- Courses and internships are offered for learning and skill development purposes only and do not guarantee placement or employment.
- Access to classes, sessions, and materials is limited to the registered individual only.
- The institute/company reserves the right to modify schedules, content, or structure when required.
- Minimum attendance and timely task submission are mandatory for course or internship completion.
3. Intellectual Property & Conduct
- Sharing, copying, recording, or redistributing any material without permission is strictly prohibited.
- Internship work, assignments, or projects created during the program will remain the property of the company.
- Confidential information, data, and internal resources must not be disclosed during or after the program.
- Misconduct, misuse of resources, or violation of rules may result in termination without refund or certificate.
4. Certification, Liability & Jurisdiction
- Certificates will be issued only after successful completion and fulfillment of all requirements.
- The company is not responsible for individual performance, outcomes, or external opportunities.
- The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment or internship at its discretion.
- Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi NCR only.
